Try a new twist on an MPS lunch that’s been adored for generations

MILWAUKEE -- It's a culinary creation that pays tribute to an MPS lunch with a cult-like following. Bounce Milwaukee is known for a very tasty and unique dish: the mock check leg pizza. The mock chicken leg served in MPS cafeterias today is made primarily of ground up pork and seasonings, molded to resemble a drumstick that's breaded and fried.

The mock chicken leg is only available for a limited time only at Bounce Milwaukee and when you get it, $2 from each pizza will be donated to parents for public schools in of Milwaukee.
